1. Limits, Continuity, and Differentiability

A function \(f(x)\) is continuous at \(x = a\) if \(\lim_{x \to a} f(x) = f(a)\). L'Hôpital's Rule applies to indeterminate forms like \(\frac{0}{0}\) or \(\frac{\infty}{\infty}\):

\[\lim_{x \to a} \frac{f(x)}{g(x)} = \lim_{x \to a} \frac{f'(x)}{g'(x)}\]

Standard limits to memorize for rapid problem-solving include \(\lim_{x \to 0} \frac{\sin x}{x} = 1\) and \(\lim_{x \to 0} \frac{e^x - 1}{x} = 1\).

2. Differential Calculus & Applications
